Chromium
Chromium (Cr) is a trace element in seawater, present in two primary oxidation states: trivalent chromium [Cr(III)] and hexavalent chromium [Cr(VI)]. Its role in marine environments and its effects on corals are complex, influenced by its chemical behaviour, interactions with marine organisms. Nonetheless, it has been proven that Chromium impacts marine organisms growth.
As per Reef Zlements mixing classification Chromium is a Type C element.

1 ml of Chromium Zlement increases the Chromium concentration of 100 litres by 2 μg/l.
