Sulphur

Sulphur (S) is a significant element in ocean chemistry, affecting both biological and chemical processes.

Sulphur is involved in the photosynthesis process, essential for phytoplankton and corals. The availability of sulphur can influence the metabolic and catalytic activities of these organisms, affecting primary production and the overall health of marine ecosystems.

We recommend keeping the Sulphur concentration around 900 mg/L. Nonetheless, monitoring and adjusting sulphur levels should be part of a broader strategy to ensure a balanced and thriving ecosystem.
